Sitemonitor™ continually tests the availability and performance of your website including the individual objects and transactions on which your customers depend. All the data gathered during these tests is stored simultaneously in both our UK and US data centres on what we call DMS servers.

We run duplicate tests for you from at least two different locations using what we call Agent servers. This is to ensure we eliminate false alarms caused by intermittent network or Internet Service Provider (ISP) problems.

This ensures that Sitemonitor only creates alerts that you can trust.

Fault tolerance comes as standard with this solution because of the redundant architecture we have deployed. We are able to lose both a DMS and multiple Agents before impacting the availability and performance testing of your website.
