Data from all tiers is pulled together by what we call an Agent Server which we install within your firewall. This Agent server can then periodically upload its information to the DMS server at our data centre so that we can mange this service remotely.
Alternatively, you can simply have us install a DMS server at your site so that your team can manage the service internally.
